Understanding how to use outcome measures

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Therapists are becoming increasingly interested in using outcome measures to evaluate their practice (Henstock, 2004; Gorman, 2005). This is because ‘all health-care practitioners are under pressure to demonstrate the added value of the service they provide’ (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, 2001).
