Therefore, the need to build relationships between organizational processes and knowledge activities are crucial to gain competitive advantages over competitors. However, there are new challenges facing organizations in transferring from business processes to knowledge processes. This paper suggests an integrative knowledge sharing performance framework based on the analysis of literature and the exploration of key performance indicators. Performance measurement is used to evaluate and measure the impact of knowledge sharing to organizational performance, this measurement can further provide support for organizational decision making. A major contribution of this paper is providing suggestions for future research and practices on how knowledge sharing can improve efficiency and effectiveness of employees, also reduce cost and errors in organizational business processes.
