Abstract
This article reviews 46 peer reviewed articles to examine sustainability in fashion supply chains, identifying seven themes covering consumer behavior, ethics, environmental practices, collaboration, performance measurement, business model innovation, and stakeholder influence. The study aims to provide a comprehensive overview and develops a conceptual framework linking behavioral, ethical, and institutional drivers with sustainability outcomes. Drawing on the TPB, Stakeholder Theory, Institutional Theory, the Triple Bottom Line, and Circular Economy Principles, the findings show how intention behavior gaps, ethical expectations, and regulatory pressures shape industry responses. The paper also proposes future research directions aligned with SDG 8 and SDG 12.
