Abstract

The double-page spread features extracts from Parker's production diary and 35mm artwork for her practice-as-research direct animation project which documented the setting sun each day between 1 September 1994 and 31 August 1995. The 35mm direct animation film Sunset Strip was created in December 1995 and January 1996.

Funded by an Arts Council of England and Channel Four Animate Award.
