Abstract

A 56-year-old male patient was referred by the Opthalmology clinic with silent sinus syndrome. He initially presented with enotpthalmos and hypoglobus which deteriorated gradually over the years. He had a computed tomography scan of his orbits and sinuses which confirmed the diagnosis. After discussion about the potential treatment modalities, the patient underwent endoscopic sinus surgery-middle meatal antrostomy. During follow-up, there was no further deterioration or diplopia and further surgical intervention was not required.
