Abstract

In dentistry self-knowing is about understanding how and why you respond to specific situations and circumstances in the way you do; how you deal with or manage them (often unconsciously); how that impacts you generally both physically and mentally; and having the self-awareness to develop insight into your own behaviours, reactions, and emotions.
