Screen Devon board members and Filmmaking Lecturer Linda Ward ( University of Plymouth) and Head of Film David Salas (University of Exeter) discussed the new film agency and its focus on attracting film productions to the County, impacting business growth and employment prospects including students. Ward screened an interview she had recorded with John Sorapure, second Unit Director of Wonka and the Paddington movies, on his approach to filming sequences using large crews, and what incentives might draw major motion pictures to the region.
