Abstract

For the Chale Wote Festival in Accra, Ghana, Association of Unknown Shores produced Our Sceptre, a (post)colonial ceremonial sceptre for new shore-to-shore relations between Bristol (UK) and Iqaluit (Nunavut). This expanded sculptural performance was recorded via Zoom and installed in Accra and performed live as part of the festival
