On enhancing quality of modern service industry by cultural power

Abstract

The cultural power of modern service industry is referred to as influential cultural values to customers.It is generally in the form of cultural influence,cultural appeal,cultural communication ability as well as cultural virtues embodied in services.It is a new perspective to improve the quality of modern service industry by cultural power.The paper makes a case study of Tianjin tourism industry to explore the features and functions of cultural power in modern service industry,which include personality and humane care,internationalization and cultural communication,professionalism and cultural quality of talents,industry clustering and cultural sharing,science and technology and cultural balance,branding and cultural creativity,etc.The paper emphasizes the importance of exploring the integration across individual elements of cultural power and examining cultural power and its significance for enhancing the quality of modern service industry.
