Abstract
The paper evaluates the effectiveness of the Making Bridges with Music intervention, which aims to foster intergenerational connections between young children and elderly participants through music. Key findings indicate significant benefits for both demographics, including improved wellbeing, social interactions, and the creation of original musical content. Recommendations highlight the necessity for continued investment in such programs, particularly in addressing community isolation and training childminders to facilitate these connections.
