Abstract

Based on the principle of eccentric rotation, a new kind of pendulum wave energy device was put forward in this paper. Its dynamic properties are analyzed. The motion state of a physical model designed in this work was observed under the action of wave motion. by changing the mass of the pendulum device and load scale, the effects of the capture efficiency of the average power output were analyzed quantitatively. The experimental results show that the average output power maximum can be obtained by adjusting the mass and load of the pendulum. The paper provides a reference for further improvement and practical research of this device.
