Abstract

A 52-year-old female patient presenting with worsening nasal symptoms including bilateral nasal obstruction, blood-stained nasal discharge and anosmia. She was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. She gave a history of late-onset asthma, which she developed about 15 years ago. More recently, she started presenting cardiomyopathy and peripheral neuropathy. On examination, nasal polyps could be seen.
