    Abstract

    The government of UK has referred certain laws as ECJ relating to the protection of species of wild fauna and flora, EC for convention of endangered species of wild fauna and flora, and CITES that regulates the international trade in species. The Article 8(5) of ECJ regulation is implemented on acquisition for commercial purposes, keeping for sale, and use of commercial gain and sale needs to be prohibited. Whereas the implementation of polish law reproduce the provisions of CITES in consideration of cross-border trade of regulated species that is required to be licensed. The ECJ legislation states the importance of any type of evidence that is admissible under the procedural law of the Member States. The stated laws raise concerns regarding environmental liability, ship-source pollution, and water pollution and to bring necessary measures to ensure the environmental safety thereby punishing the defendant with allegations on different basis.
