Value of a Social Tenancy - Plymouth Community Homes

The ‘Value of a Social Tenancy’ (VoST) was originally published in 2018, and the valuation model was based on in depth research into the stories of social tenants at the Hyde Group. The publication highlighted the various outcomes and impacts of social housing from a number of viewpoints, including the tenants themselves, and other key public and private sector stakeholders, and then attached values to those outcomes to produce an overall value of a social tenancy.

Plymouth Community Homes approached the Social Research Unit to replicate this research for their own business.
