Overview
RASCAL is three-year, collaborative research project funded by UKRI/BBSRC (total fund £1.73M) focusing on building the resilience in UK agri-food systems, through addressing the cascading effects of risks in the agri-food value chains. The project engages with stakeholders at all stages of agri-food value chains to identify different types of risks, possible risk sources, how risks propagate along the agri-food value chains and what the cascading effects are in practice. By doing so, the project aims to help stakeholders to develop/ enhance their resilience capabilities into agri-food systems.
