Overview
A StoryFutures-funded project to use game engine environments as rehearsal and performance spaces for theatre by creating a live interactive experience in VR.
This resulted in VR theatre production Not Near Enough, which adapted The Plague by Albert Camus to the experience of the coronovirus pandemic, as well as a prototype adaptable VR theatre space where audience members interacted with pre-recorded and real-time performance to progress through the story.
