Overview

Knowledge sharing and technology adoption from the social science perspective focuses on the tacit nature of knowledge, which requires social networking and interaction, community of practice, and appropriate knowledge space, in the meantime considering cultural and social mobility background of the knowledge owners, recipients and brokers. This research investigates small farm business in Industry 4.0 and how they navigate challenges to build resilience.
