    I am an Associate Professor in Clinical Education and Programme Lead for the PGCert and MClinEd in Clinical Education for Peninsula Medical School. I also work with colleagues in CAMERa to conduct research on medical remediation and health professions regulation.

    I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA)

    Roles on external bodies

    I am member of the Education Research Committee (ERC) of the Association for Medical Education (ASME). As part of this role I work with ERC members to organise and deliver the annual Researching Medical Education (RME) conference. 

    I am also an Honourary Research Fellow at the INTI International Univeristy in Malaysia
