    Teaching interests

    Sue’s clinical background is musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working as full-time clinician for many years. She is involved in teaching related to this subject as well as a number of interprofessional modules. Sue is a keen member of the teaching team, working closely with students and clinicians to continue to develop the programme.

    Sue is Associate Head of School (Internalisation), as well as programme lead for MPhysio (Hons) Physiotherapy.

    She is interested in supporting emerging roles in MSK physiotherapy and primary care, being closely involved in developing taught routes for MSK First contact practitioners. 

    She is interested in the delivery of person centred care and the part physiotherapy can play in addressing health inequalities
