Overview
Profile summary
My research interests focus on the assessment of pain responses to understand the effects of pharmacological and non-pharmacological analgesic treatments in humans. I am currently a Post Doctoral Research Fellow in Dr Elsa Fouragnan's lab, conducting research to explore the effects of transcranial ultrasound neuromodulation on pain responses using MRI. I have previously worked at the University of Exeter completing research on the use of virtual reality to attenuate pain responses, and completed my DPhil (PhD) research on the use of fMRI to develop biomarkers for pain and analgesia at the University of Oxford.
