Mixed methods researcher specialising in rehabilitation and digital health. Background in academic, health and social care research.
Currently working on the TULAY project (http://www.plymouth.ac.uk/research/tulay) which involves co-designing a community physical rehabilitation programme in the Philippines.
Worked on the Telerehab Project at the University of Plymouth from 2020-2022 exploring the remote assessment and management of people with movement problems. This project involved developing a toolkit and training package to support healthcare practitioners in delivering care using remote technology: http://www.plymouth.ac.uk/research/telerehab
Previous research projects include Smartline (http://smartline.org.uk/) and Rehabilitation Enablement in Chronic Heart Failure (REACH-HF).
PhD in mobile health technology for promoting physical activity and reducing sedentary time in the police force.
