    Overview

    Profile summary

I’m an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) and Innovation Lead working across urgent, unplanned, and community care — with a focus on digital health, research, and rural system transformation.

Based across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, I lead the design and delivery of integrated models of care, bringing together multiskilled teams, smart technologies, and place-based solutions. I work at the intersection of clinical care, strategic leadership, and innovation to improve access for remote, island, and underserved communities.

I'm proud to lead workstreams on the Isles of Scilly covering the Joint Model of Care, Digital-Enabled Care, Training and Upskilling, and Innovation — including the development of one of the UK’s first rural Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. I contribute to research and policy through projects like PIXAR (point-of-care imaging), AI-powered solutions, and drone-enabled healthcare pilots across coastal regions.

I hold an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, postgraduate education and mentorship qualifications (FHEA), and I’m completing a Professional Doctorate exploring rural equity, shared governance, and digitally enabled transformation. I’ve also completed the NHS Rosalind Franklin Leadership Programme and am building a strong research portfolio via the South West Clinical School and University of Northampton.

As a licensed Private Helicopter Pilot progressing toward a Commercial Licence (CPL), I merge my aviation background with healthcare logistics — helping explore the future of drone and electric aircraft-enabled healthcare delivery in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Passionate about transforming rural health equity, I work to create sustainable, data-driven, and community-led solutions. I regularly mentor clinicians, support workforce transformation, and advise on digital inclusion and system change.
