Research interests:
My research interests focus on the impact of physical inactivity and subsequent physical activity on the prevention and treatment of non-communicable diseases, particularly cardiovascular and musculoskeletal adaptations, in both healthy and clinical populations. This includes exploring the effects of fitness training, nutritional supplementation, exercise intensity, exercise modality, and exercise duration. Additionally, I am interested in muscular adaptation to exercise training and fitness testing in elite team sports.
