Project Officer (from 2022): "Embedding systemic inclusion for neurodiverse and disabled engineering students" and "Partnering for choice and change: Education for social inclusion" (both funded by the Royal Academy of Engineering Diversity Impact Programme).

Lecturer, School of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics (2006 - 2019): technology in society, gender and technology, ethics in engineering, research methods and design, ethics in research, equality and diversity, professional skills. Research, development and implementation of initiatives relating to widening access and retention in Engineering and Technology disciplines, with an emphasis on gender.   Roles in Equality & Diversity policy and practice within the Faculty of Science & Engineering.
