    Katie is the Research and Evaluation Lead for UKRI Circular Fashion and Textiles Network Plus. Her research aims to evaluate the impact of activities delivered by Network Plus and understand the environmental, social and individual factors influencing sustainable fashion production and use.  

    Katie’s previous research focused on sustainable food and behaviour change, with specific focus on the plant-based meat, plant-based dairy and sustainable palm oil industries.
