Profile summary
I am a Lecturer in Human Nutrition and the Programme Lead for the BSc (Hons) Nutrition, Exercise, and Health. My research focuses on the intersection of nutrition, metabolic health, and maternal-fetal outcomes, with specific expertise in glycemic responses, gestational weight gain, and nutrient intake during pregnancy.
I am a Registered Nutritionist (Public Health) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
