    Overview

    Profile summary

My research centres on the application of new technologies to the measurement of stress, emotional state and behaviour in animals. This is via thermal imaging, acoustic monitoring and animal-mounted sensors. My goal is to develop tools that will support both real-time welfare assessment on farms and decision-making for the conservation of wild animal populations.
