I am a Doctoral and Practitioner Clinical Academic Fellow funded by the National Institute of Health and Care Research. My research focuses on developing a UK version of a coaching intervention to provide individualised, tailored support to optimise physical activity participation for people with newly diagnosed Parkinson’s.

As a physiotherapist with over 20 years experience, I have worked to improve the lives of people living with long-term conditions and have a special interest in Parkinson’s rehabilitation.

With experience of working across a range of community services, I bring my commitment to evidence informed practice to every role. Recent experience has included support and promotion of research within my organisation and the Clinical Research Network as a Senior Research Practitioner.
