Teaching Assistant  Personal Tutor PBS international Students' Ambassador  PBS EDI Committee Member PBS Postgraduate Research Representative  PhD student, Business with Management. I am currently a researcher at the Plymouth Business School (PBS). I'm currently the leader of the Strategic Sustainable Management (SSM) research group in Plymouth. I used to work in Chinese investment bank and financial institution. I also launched a start-up IT firm in Australia and was a researcher at James Cook University(JCU) at the same time. My current research is mainly based on corporate environmental sustainability (CES) and green human capital.  I'm trying to build a new model for developing an efficient CES strategy.
