Aquaculture is essential to global food security, providing a sustainable source of high-quality protein to support a growing population. My research focuses on improving the nutrition and health of salmonids and other high-value aquatic species. This work addresses key environmental and health challenges in the aquaculture industry by optimizing dietary formulations through the application of functional feed additives. By integrating bioactive ingredients that enhance nutrient efficiency, immune resilience, and stress tolerance, my research aims to develop sustainable feeding strategies that promote both animal well-being and environmental responsibility within modern aquaculture systems.
