    Dr. Cyril Atkinson-Clement is a neuropsychologist specialising in movement disorders and transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS).

    During his PhD in Marseille, France, he focused primarily on hypokinetic disorders, particularly Parkinsonism. He later expanded his research to include hyperkinetic dysfunctions, such as Tourette syndrome, myoclonus, and dystonia, while based in Paris, at La Pitié Salpétrière. Following that, he spent three years in Nottingham, where he developed research utilising TUS.

    He is currently based in Plymouth, where his research aims to apply TUS in clinical populations as a promising treatment strategy.
