His work also examines the importance of education, training, and awareness around these technologies, and the factors that influence their adoption in businesses, especially within the e-retail sector. This includes collaborating with multiple stakeholders to assess current practices and develop roadmaps for implementing big data and responsible AI-driven solutions that ensure ethical, secure, and effective outcomes.
