    Profile summary

    I am a lecturer in Adult Nursing, Associate Head for Teaching and Learning and Apprenticeship Lead where I take a strategic and organisational lead role for the quality of teaching and learning across our school including responsibilities for ensuring professional, statutory and regulatory bodies regulations are embedded within our programmes. I have and continue to be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to improve teaching quality and student experiences across our undergraduate, post graduate and apprenticeship programmes in line with our University’s Education and Student Experience Strategy (2018 – 2023).

    Prior to joining the university I have fulfilled several management and leadership roles within education and clinical practice both in the UK and abroad

    My main teaching interests are within Acute Adult Nursing, in particular care of the actually and critically ill adult. I also have a keen interest in Management, Leadership and Coaching
