Overview
Profile summary
As a marine researcher with an MBA, I am dedicated to forging innovative, interdisciplinary solutions to address contemporary challenges. I firmly believe that meaningful progress in mitigating the impact of climate change on marine ecosystems requires a fresh perspective, one that challenges outdated paradigms and transcends the limitations of conventional thinking.
My passion lies in unraveling the intricate relationship between global biodiversity and environmental changes in the Anthropocene era. I am particularly fascinated by the role of climate in driving adaptation and evolution, spanning from tropical regions to the Arctic and beyond. In my current pursuit of a PhD, I am committed to unraveling the complexities of environmental influences on benthic community ecology across diverse latitudes. Additionally, I am investigating the dynamic poleward shifts of marine communities within our rapidly evolving seas. Beyond my contributions to climate change ecology, I am deeply committed to ensuring the safety of communities in hostile environments and advancing my own knowledge of tactical medicine and disaster response. When not in the marine lab, I dedicate my time to acquiring training and expertise in tactical first aid, disaster response, and civilian military skills both on land and at sea.
