Overview

Profile summary

I support applied marine ecology and conservation research through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Working within the Applied Marine Ecosystems Research (aMER) unit, our projects focus on human impacts to coastal and benthic habitats—such as those from offshore renewables and fisheries—I help deliver long-term monitoring studies that inform sustainable management and implementation of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and Other Effective area-based Conservation Measures (OECMs). I'm also involved in connecting with policy makers and sharing our work through outreach and education to inspire greater care for our ocean.
