Prevalence, Awareness and Perspectives on Substandard and Falsified Medicines Among the Public and Health care professionals in Jordan. Project Dataset.

This study aimed to assess the awareness and experiences of substandard and falsified (SF) medicines amongst the general public and healthcare professionals in Jordan. Low awareness of SF medicines has been reported internationally, but understanding was needed within the Jordanian context. A mixed-method approach was employed. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 350 members of the general public and healthcare professionals to gather quantitative and qualitative data on awareness, views, and reporting behaviours related to SF medicines.

Dataset Description:
This dataset consists of an Excel spreadsheet that collates anonymised qualitative and quantitative survey responses. Responses are in Arabic and English.
