Description
The workflow in this repository performs the analyses presented in the paper Meson spectroscopy in the Sp(4) gauge theory with three antisymmetric fermions. Requirements Conda, for example, installed from Miniforge Snakemake, which may be installed using Conda LaTeX, for example, from TeX Live Notes for Apple silicon users This project uses Julia, installed via a Conda environment, which at time of writing is not available on Apple silicon. To automate the environment setup process for the workflow, an x86-64 version of Snakemake must be used. To set this up, create a new x86-64 Conda environment with Snakemake, using conda create -n snakemake_x86 -c conda-forge -c bioconda snakemake
then activate this and install Mamba. At time of writing, Snakemake is not compatible with versions of Mamba from 2.0.0 onwards, so this version must be constrained for the Conda integration to work correctly: conda activate snakemake_x86
