Human-Led, AI-Supported: Rethinking Learning Design in the Age of Generative AI

This presentation introduces a human-led framework for integrating artificial intelligence into teaching and assessment while maintaining academic standards and learner accountability. It reframes AI as a scaffolded support across stages of learning, application, and co-creation, rather than a shortcut or integrity threat. The session offers business education leaders and faculty a practical design model to move beyond reactive policy and toward defensible, learning-centred assessment.

Introducing an original framework for integrating GenAI into teaching and assessment. The session was attended by over 40 delegates, resulting in two follow-up enquiries from institutions exploring similar approaches.
