Description
Between 2021 and 2023, I was involved in the Acceleration through Innovation 2 (ATI2) programme jointly delivered by the University of Plymouth and Cornwall Council and funded by the European Union. In this programme, I provided strategic professional advice that helped Cornwall Council and the Isles of Scilly, to deliver intensive innovation support to local businesses by hosting pop-up innovation centres and events, reaching over 1,200 guests. This initiative demonstrates a strong relationship I keep building with SMEs, business leaders, and NGOs, enhancing the University’s agenda to support employability, extracurricular activities, and enterprise through practical, real-world engagement. My contribution to the programme also shows sustained knowledge exchange, evidenced by impactful grant-funded projects that advanced regional business innovation and strengthened the local economy.
